2010 Engagement Story Contest Official Rules

Description of Contest:
Ring in 2010: Brides-to-be, share your engagement story.

In 2010, share your engagement story with Exclusively Weddings for a chance to win 10 experiences, including a bachelorette party for six in Las Vegas provided by Harrah's.

Contest Dates:
January 22, 2010 – March 28, 2010.

This contest is sponsored by Exclusively Weddings.

Contest Rules: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

In submitting your entry, you warrant that you have read and agree to abide by all contest rules. You agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Exclusively Weddings and its parents, affiliates, employees, and prize suppliers (Harrah's Operating Company, Inc. and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries "Harrah's") from any liability arising from or related to the contest.

By entering this contest, you fully and unconditionally consent to Exclusively Weddings' and Harrah's use of your name, likeness, image, and/or entry responses for advertising and promotional purposes in any manner and in any medium (including, without limitations: online, radio, broadcasts, video, newspapers, catalog, and other publications), without any additional compensation.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, you must be a U.S. resident at least 21 years of age or older and you must complete all required fields in the contest entry form. Proof of age, eligibility and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees of Pace Communications, Harrah's and any related entity are not eligible to win. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at any owned or managed Harrah's property and/or Harrah's discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible. Exclusively Weddings reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this contest at any time for any reason.

To Enter:
The contest is open for entry beginning January 22, 2010, at 12:00 am EST and will be closed March 28, 2010, at 11:59 pm EST. To enter, you must access the "2010 Engagement Story Contest" page on Exclusively Weddings' website and complete all required fields in the entry form. Please, only one entry per person. Individuals should not vote for her/his own story. We will accept only one comment per story per individual.

To Win:
Anyone who accesses the "2010 Engagement Story Contest" page on Exclusively Weddings' website for the duration of the contest may vote for their favorite entry. Self voting and/or multiple voting per story by an individual are grounds for disqualification. The top 10 entries on March 29, 2010, as identified by their top rating score, will be the finalists that go before the panel of judges. In the event of a tie, the entry with more votes will rank higher. The panel will review the top ten finalists. Entries will be reviewed based on a combination of originality, creativity and uniqueness. The winner will be announced on April 5, 2010. The decisions of the judges are final.

Prize:
The winner of the contest will receive the following:
– A Bachelorette Party in Las Vegas with three (3) standard double rooms at Paris for two (2) nights (including a Total Experiences insider Vegas specialist to help plan the trip). Room and Tax only.
– Up to $2,400 toward airfare for six (6)
– Dinner for six (6) at Mon Ami Gabi up to $600
– VIP Entry to PURE
– Six (6) tickets to the famous Chippendales Show
– Limousine service to and from the airport
– Private gaming lessons for six (6)
– A $150 Gift Certificate to Exclusively Weddings
– Six (6) $50 Gift Certificates to ePersonalizedGifts.com
– An Exclusively Weddings consultant
– Chance to participate as a guest blogger for Exclusively Weddings

Harrah's reserves the right to substitute prizes as long as prize is of equal or greater value as all prizes are subject to availability and blackout dates. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner; prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited by law. Incidental and all other expenses not specifically detailed in the promotion are the responsibility of the winner. The approximate retail value of the prize is $7,000. The winner will receive a 1099 in the amount of the retail value of the prize.

Notification:
Exclusively Weddings will notify the winner of the contest by the email address provided on or about April 5, 2010. If unable to make contact with the winner within 10 days of Exclusively Weddings' first attempt, or if the winner fails to abide by the Official Rules of the contest, then the winner forfeits the prize.

The winner's name will also be posted on www.ExclusivelyWeddings.com and www.TotalExperiences.com in the bachelorette and weddings sections.

The details for prize redemption will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service upon contact of the official winner.
