One late evening, the Founder of Elegant Bride magazine took a call from the father of a young lady who had purchased a set of charms. Upon learning that the father and daughter were not satisfied with the quality of the product received and that the supplier would not accept the product's return, the Founder indicated she would personally refund the amount he paid for the charms.
