We are giving these as gifts so haven't had a chance to use one personally. They appear to be of a good quality. Not a large item or going to hold a lot but still a neat idea. I was missing one in my order but the customer service was excellent...they were very nice and said they would ship one out right away to make it in time for our event date. Really appreciated how they handled it and how nice they were!!

wow! amazed at the quick turn around. this item was delivered to my door within one week of placing my order AND that included the personalization! impressed with such spectacular service the cooler is much better in person! very roomy and very organized! may order one or two for myself or for others for gifts for other occasions.
