Ordered this for my fiances Dad as a wedding gift. Overall good quality and was pleased with the purchase, however it is much smaller than we thought it would be. I suppose for the price it's a good deal though, especially with the engraving!

I too am in the processes of sending all 5 of the valets back. All of them were defective. One was broke, the velvet was coming up, they all had scratches on the bottom drawer and all of the name plates were horribly off center. I'm very disappointed in the product and feel it's a waste of time and money.

I ordered the valet for my fiances' birthday present. I thought that it was going to be a bit larger but it turned out to be just right. My fiance really liked the size and said it is a perfect place to put his wallet, keys, watch, and other things he wants to store.

I actually am in the process of returning the item. The valet had a scratch on the lower drawer and the velvet lining in both the drawer and the top compartments was coming up. I would expect that condition would get worse over time.
