When I received it, it was much smaller than expected (smaller than the palm on my hand). But I bought this for my flower girl to put her jewelry in, so it was the perfect size. I would have been very disappointed if I had bought them for my bridesmaids.

The oval box was very nice but the engraving was hard to see. The box had to be tilted to see it. Possible a heavier engraving bit could be used to make it more pronounced as it looks in the catolog...which was what I was expecting.

I got this for each of my flower girls. When I received them, one was oxidized-almost rusty over the personalization. I called them to let them know and they immediately placed another order for me. Customer service is excellent and the boxes are perfect for my flower girls!
