Loved this item. It has a silver inside liner meant to keep cold things cold and warm things warm. Though it doesn't absolutely HAVE TO be used as a lunch bag. It's much nicer looking and slightly bigger than I'd expected and is a high quality material. The personalization is very well stitched and looks beautiful. I absolutely recommend this product because if its quality.

Nice size, pretty good quality and the embroidery came out really nice. The entire inside is silver foil, FYI. I would also note that the order took a complete 30 days from the time I placed the order to arrival so make sure to plan for the entire 14-16 business days it will take for the order.
