I bought this embosser to use for the return address on my wedding invitations. It was going to cost me $200 to have the printer print the return addresses on the envelopes, so I saved a lot of money doing it myself. I'm addressing the invitations right now and they look very nice. Only thing I'd say is if you have textured paper (as I do) the plate leaves a slight indent on the paper. I doubt it will be noticeable once they are mailed out. The embosser is easy to use and there's no need to use a lot of pressure while stamping. Also I believe you can order new embossing plates from office supply stores if you have a change of address in the future.

I have always wanted one of these, but could never convince myself to get one. Splurged for it for my daughter's wedding. OMG... I can't believe I waited this long. I LOVE IT. It has saved me so much time and several people have commented how dressy it made the invitations look.

I decided to order this as a fun way to add some character to my wedding invitation envelopes. It was actually less expensive than having my invitation company print the return address and looks a million times better.. The item itself is very sturdy and well-made and the imprint it leaves is clean and looks great.
