Our fans arrived in a box that had obvious water damage. The fans were ruined (smelled musty, paper was brittle after getting soaked and then dried out). The customer service we received was wonderful. They are shipping new fans on rush delivery with no cost to us. I will say that even with the water damage, the wording on the side looked great, clear and easy to read. Also, the colors were exact to the pictures. (Mango and Tiffany Blue).
Recommend: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
