The kit was a little hokey, didn't use the balloons & streamers. The convienience factor was the selling point. It was easy to apply, just a few minutes of fun.

I like this item, but after I bought it I kind of regret it because you could probably make your own with cans and ribbon. The benefit is that this saves you the time of having another project on the to do list! :)
