I took quite awhile for the package to ship, but I do understand that the items were being engraved first. The photo album came with the cover scratched up in several spots, and I thought about returning it but did not want to wait for another, so I was not satisfied with that product. The DVD cases looked good and were scratch-free.
Recommend: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

My fiance and I got these as gifts for our parents--to fill with whatever wedding pictures they like. They arrived early and are lovely. The cover is a beautiful silver 5x5 frame and the velvet is a nice touch. We can't wait to give them at our rehearsal dinner!

The album is beautiful. The engraving looks good. The pages seem to be well made. Only complaint because its so shiny, every fingerprint shows. Everytime someone picks it up, it needs to be cleaned again.
