I ordered the serving set, guest book, and toasting flutes. I had the serving set engraved and had to have rush procssing and delivery. It was worth every penny! I am very happy with the whole set. They came in nice Lenox boxes and safely wrapped. I would totally suggest this set to anyone who wants a beautifully crafted set for the reception or any other occasion.

I had the same issue as a previous reviewer. When I received my set, there were dents in it (likely from the grips used for engraving). I called EW right away, and they sent out a new one and it is perfect! Wonderful customer service, couldn't be more pleased!

The set came with a few chips on the server (I think because of the engraving). I called EW and they immediately sent out a replacement set that came perfect. No chips, engraving was beautiful. The set also has a nice weight to it. I would order again...just make sure to inspect closely upon arrival.

Well, I had written a poor review of this product after having received 2 damaged sets (probably from the engraving process). As soon as EW got wind that I was unhappy they ensured that a perfect, undamaged set (which was inspected by dept. heads!) was over-nighted to me (no charge) and I received it the day before my wedding. The set was stunning. Thank you EW for spectacular customer service and for helping make my wedding day perfect!

Getting Married in December (Wichita, KS)

The timeliness of my order was important and Exclusively Weddings kept me informed throughout the process. The serving set arrived very quickly! The inscriptions are perfect. I'm concerned about the cake knife because the blade is very blunt and thick. Because it is serrated I don't know how to have it sharpened before the wedding and am concerned about maintaining the beauty of the inscription.

I ordered this set and when I received it there was a chip in the stainless steel coating in the serving piece at the top section of the handle just before the blade portion. I called and asked for a replacement and they very graciously sent me a new set, no questions asked. However, the second set was also chipped. Seems the engravement process causes damage to the piece itself. I'm not thrilled with that... it is now one week before my wedding and I don't have time to go out and find ANOTHER undamaged serving set.
