We were nervous to order this cake topper after reading the reviews posted. However, we decided to risk it and am sooooo happy we did!!!! Our cake topper arrived and it was beautiful!!! There were no scratches at all. Very happy we took the risk and cannot wait to see the topper on our cake on 5/11/12.

I was hoping my cake top would be different from the previous reviews. It appears EW knows the acrylic material creates scratches on the glass. Our monogram letter was also much smaller in script than advertised. I was disappointed because I think the web photo is lovely.
Recommend: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this cake topper... very cute. the initial is engraved on the back of the acrylic and names and dates on front to give a nice effect. with close inspection there are minimal scratches on the cake topper which you can expect when acrylic is handled and put in contact with machines. But the scratches are not noticeable at a distance.

I just got my cake topper today and it is so cute!! No scratches or anything!! Was wrapped pretty tightly so nothing could scratch it! We chose this cake topper so after the wedding we could sit it out somewhere in the house! Wedding is in two weeks and cant wait to see it on Top of our cake!!!

First one I received had horrible scratches on the front and back of the cake topper. They were kind enough to replace, however when I received this one it is also VERY scratched. Would not reccomend.
